Thing 21 - Podcasts

I listened a Belly Dance Podcast, http://www.bigcontact.com/bellydancingsecrets/belly-dancing-secrets-presents---egyptian-moonlight-tour-revisited and watched a Salsa video/podcast. I liked that you can get a "private" class, listen to an interview, etc. on your own time. There are certainly possiblities for library use that hopefully we can start using. I think we can use this to record meetings, cultural awareness programs, even public programs. We could have links off our calendar next to programs that read "did you miss this program" Listen to the podcast now! This is another venue to explore for continuing education. Like we just did with the Web Challenge. Thumbs up!
